Shipping Policy

VARNOR ships to customers in multiple countries and regions around the world. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, and related matters are handled.

1. Order Processing

Orders generally require processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, weekends, holidays, and fulfillment location.

You will normally receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when tracking information becomes available.

2. International Shipping

We serve customers internationally. Shipping availability may vary depending on:

  • Destination country;
  • Product type;
  • Carrier availability;
  • Customs restrictions;
  • Local regulations;
  • Other logistical considerations.

If we are unable to ship an order to your destination, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method.

Delivery delays may occur because of:

  • Customs inspections;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • High seasonal demand;
  • Local postal delays;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after a shipping label is created or when a package is transferred between international carriers.

5. Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately due to availability, fulfillment location, or logistical reasons.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please carefully review your:

  • Street name;
  • House or building number;
  • Apartment, unit, or suite number;
  • City;
  • State, province, or region;
  • Postal or ZIP code;
  • Country;
  • Telephone number where required by the carrier.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at contact@varnor.shop.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

VARNOR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

8. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Depending on the destination and checkout method, some taxes may be collected during checkout while others may be charged by local authorities or carriers upon arrival.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for charges imposed by their local customs or tax authorities.

VARNOR does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities.

9. Customs Delays

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.

Customs clearance times are outside our direct control and may extend the estimated delivery period.

10. Delivery Confirmation

A shipment may be considered delivered when the carrier's tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address or another authorized delivery point.

Depending on local carrier procedures, packages may be delivered to:

  • A mailbox;
  • A reception desk;
  • A building concierge;
  • A designated safe location;
  • A local collection point;
  • Another location authorized by the recipient or carrier.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at contact@varnor.shop.

We may investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider before determining the appropriate resolution.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery location;
  • Check with household members;
  • Check with neighbors, reception staff, or building management where applicable;
  • Check any local collection point identified by the carrier;
  • Contact the carrier for additional delivery details.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact contact@varnor.shop and we will review the situation.

13. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment, the parcel may be returned to the sender or fulfillment location.

Where permitted by law, additional shipping, customs, handling, or return costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

14. Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to deliver certain products to certain countries or territories because of carrier limitations, trade restrictions, customs regulations, sanctions, or local law.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, pandemics, customs disruptions, transportation failures, or carrier interruptions.
